Delivery Policy

When your payment is successfully processed, access to your subscribed plan's features is activated immediately on your TakoRos dashboard at app.takoros.com. You do not need to download or install anything — the Service is accessed through your web browser and the TakoRos apps.

Activation is typically instant and in almost all cases completes within a few minutes of payment. If you have not been given access within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us immediately at contact@takoros.com with your order or invoice number.

Upgrades, downgrades, and add-on purchases are also delivered electronically and typically take effect immediately or at the start of your next billing period, as described in our Terms of Service.
